I have changed to 19C from 19 F based on your feedback.

18D and 18E are an improvement, but forget about having a carryon near you, as the bin above you doesn't exist and the bins behind you are emergency stowage. Air vents and reading lights are useless, and there's no window, which I find makes me super dizzy in those seats.
TWA felt the need to but the lav on the ABC side of the aircraft too, so you run into a similar problem that you do in 1C/1D (where I'm sitting right now typing this) where lav odors and sounds are all yours to enjoy
19B/19C aren't bad, however.
