Yes, the budget taxi rate was 74.30 MYR from KUL to city. The premium taxi rate was 102.10.

You may be right that the official budget rate from city to KUL is 65. I was fine paying 80 MYR to a reliable driver who was waiting for us as promised very early in the morning.
