That's LAN also, and no, you can not fly via PPT; you fly via SCL. The Flight is SCL-IPC-PPT. You may be alluding to the fact IPC is considered South Pacific, like PPT, AKL, etc.

And LAN has a good reputation for its Business class - better than IB, if memory serves.

The aadvantage rules say you have to go via Papeete (ppt I think), and I can't find a routing from UK that goes through there. Would it be enough just to avoid USA, i.e. UK - Canada - Chile - Easter Island? Or do you have to go through Papeete?
