Seat Guru marks 19F as yellow, but I've had it on a transcon several times and have no problem with it. The only two negative things are that the seat does have less padding and it does tend to get cold after a couple of hours. I usually take a heavy jacket, so the cold isn't really a problem.. Personally, I take that seat whenever I see it available...
