4. Nothing in the story suggests that any TSA employee reported for work while intoxicated, unless you buy into the Reagan-era notion that a microgram of pot in your pee-pee constitutes impairment.
5. Any other public employees would have been placed on administrative leave and given the opportunity to contest the charges, or to go rehab.
