Outchy! I remember how the informers for the East German Stasi and Czechoslovak StB squeaked and moaned when the hitherto 'secret' list of narks was exposed for all to see after the '89 revolutions. Lots of broken trust. Lots of people feeling deceived.

While this bit in the notebook does not definitively prove Frischling went fishing on behalf of the security apparatus, it doesn't look good. Frischling's latest blog post does him no good, either.
This notation ("sent blog message to entice Mike(?) to respond") neither incriminates nor exonerates Fish from any involvement in sending the Twitter message. Please give him the benefit of the doubt and presume him innocent until there is evidence he did anything at all worthy of blame or accusation.
