geez if u guys are complaining...i might as well vent too......

1. I am finding that the *G / J-class lines of AC, SQ and NH are longer than Y class lines..... for two reasons (a) passengers on *G / J-class lines think they should be treated with so much favouritism and can waive rules and ask as many questions until they feel bored to the point of becoming a nuisance; (b) there are simply more counters in Y and most Y passengers are now trained to use the kiosks or OLCI.

2. Everytime I fly Exec First, I dont see a conceriege..... HKG, NRT, LHR, YVR.

3. The wait times on those Priority Security Clearance is also getting longer and during off-peak hours, wait times are longer than regular lines.

FYI conceriege are only on Exec First / Int'l flights...not domestic!

FYI 2..... Priority Lines are not for Prestige or *S

So I have learned....to do check-in etc on my own, not complain / be relaxed and only respectfully approach AC staff if i need an upgrade assistance.

I typically clear everything in 20 mins..... [/END OF VENT]
