In addition to business class passengers, the following travellers may also use the Priority Check In queue regardless of travel class:-

1. *G

2. AE Elite and Prestige

3. Non status credit card holders – CIBC Club, Amex Aeroplan Platinum.

AC has not increased the staff to cope with the increased usage and it is not unusual for a 10~15 minutes wait before getting to an agent at YYZ.

I find OLCI is useful only if you do not have checked bag. I don’t think that there is a dedicated counter/queue for *G/Elite/Prestige/Credit Card Holders for expedited baggage drop off at any Canadian airport for those who have completed OLCI. So these folks ended up queuing at the Priority Check In queue to drop their bags.
