I'm looking to do a trip to Asia containing at least HKG, and optionally SIN and Tokyo. I'm hoping to spend about 2 weeks away. I'm not really into shopping, but I am into good food and hiking/nature. I can get around in Mandarin (high school level), but no Japanese (if that changes anything).

I know I won't be able to do Japan justice in this timeframe, but is it worth doing all three cities for this length of a trip? If so, how would you split up time among the these locations?
