Btw - maybe you should actually go through that link you provided so that you can correct your knowledge of the terminology used here. I regularly read that thread and it references FD's countless times as per the definition I have given above.
I'm pretty sure jjclancy is correct that this is not a FD. This is a difference in fare between city pairs, not using another city to change fees and surcharges. In any case, it's definitely a hidden city booking, as prohibited in the T&Cs.
