Well after my last thread in this forum I found out there are many AC fanboys and girls on flyertalk. I thought it would be fun to see what these folks have to say about my latest AC issue.

Well I arrive at the airport 1:10 before my flight. Once again I have a paid J ticket and proceed to Exectutive Class counter. There are seven ppl in front of me with about half of them being families with children. I notice only one agent working the desk. Well it took b/w 35-40 minutes to check-in!!! Longest I have waited in my life on any airline.
