I arranged too get a refund on cancelled LHR-GLA single today and on entering the Exec Club section of the website to do some e-shopping, I noticed a flight to New York on the 'My Bookings'.

That doesn't sound strange you say, except for the fact I have made no such booking to JFK and on clicking on the booking, it states its the return leg to my cancelled LHR-GLA!!

The booking details read as below, the status looks especially weird. has anyone else experienced this? The guy seem to have some trouble arranging for my refund, is this some kind of around the houses way of doing it? I guess its another call and wait on the line to the EC. Great
