10 days in Costa Rica - I could spend a lifetime there. It rather depends on your interests. If natural phenomena (volcanoes etc.) and wildlife (particularly birds) are of interest then 10 days is not enough. If you want to relax and do nothing then maybe you could choose somewhere else too.
