I would go for the BA873 at 5pm.
The 5am flight, meaning you leave your hotel at 2.30-3am, is just horrific. Avoid it unless you want to be in the company of track-suited locals, who've already had a beer or seven, off on holiday and connecting at LHR to long-haul flights, and sleep deprived bankers, who look about 10 years older than they are.
The 9pm flight gets in so late to LHR (1am Moscow time) and the crew are usually very weary and fed up working this flight. Also, if you attempt to get to DME by car for this flight, you'll be sitting in traffic for potentially 3 hours or more.
The 5pm is the best one, although the most popular. I would still recommend the express train from Pavelskaya, rather than the unpredictable drive out to DME.
