I dont know how deep inside you are but i dont agree with you,
First, companies dont hand a list of employees and ffs, you do it thru the
comm web site, So do opening new FFs for new people... The benefit
of doing so thru the web site is that you can also designate a role for each
employee in a way that the CEO will be known in EL-AL as the CEO (Helps
when you use the VIP Services).
(In the 10 years ago you will send the list, today they ask you to do it yourself)
Also you have to put the COMM Details otherwise the flight wont appear
in your company activity, And its the only way to distinguish and get the discount.
If i fly with my family abroad for vacation, The agent is not supposed to
put the COMM, If i fly from work abroad, The agent suppose to put the COMM.
As for the latest incidents, There are periodic checks from EL-AL both for the
agents and the companies (such as EL-AL calling your company asking if XYZ is working there or not, as an agent ticketed xyz a ticket with your comm number for the discount).
