So, I'm planning to book UA LAX-LHR-LAX (from a prev thread) and have E+ annual access on a statusless MP account, but want to credit to US DM to retain US2/*G. From what I gather, I have to do the following:

1. Book record/ticket using UA MP# with E+
2. Day of departure: Do online checkin, get E+ BP
3. Right before flight: Switch to US DM# using computer or kiosk @ LAX TBIT (kiosk or computer??)
4. Right after arrival into LHR: Switch back to UA's MP# using computer or kiosk?

5. Day of departure back to LAX: Online checkin, get E+ MP
6. Right before flight: Switch to US DM# using comp/kiosk?
7. Fly happy.

Is this the only way it appears that I can do this ... and proven to work recently even with the increased restrictions?
