just wondering, for next week, i actually booked such that i will have 3 hr transit although i could have gone for the 1 hr + transit... cos there's only 1 flight CDG-SIN per day and missing that would be bad...i thought better be safe than sorry...

but, is it really necessary to go for the 3 hr buffer...cos as i understand it, CDG is not the best place to be for a transit and that too w/o lounge and stuff...how's AF with handling missed connections due to weather and stuff...from what i've read on FT, not that great...
Well, I would keep your current flights, as intra-European flights tend to accumulate delays over the day, so my evening LHR-CDG flights, whether on AF or BA, are usually delayed; not necessarily by much, but it would adversely impact an 1 hour connection.
