I don't have the link handy, but search the forums for tips using the ANA tool. You need to sign up for an account with ANA (All Nippon Air, https://www.ana.co.jp/asw/wws/us/e/) but with it you can search availability yourself and then just call the agent to book the flights you want. The primary limitation is that it doesn't do connections all that well so you want to do point-to-point (i.e. if you are trying to get to Rome then you'd need to search the individual segments separately).
