Citigold is Citigroup's "mass affluent" banking and investment product, aimed at people who have over $50,000 in investable assets.

Private Bank is aimed at rich people, and provides apparently far better services, and advice.

The bennefits of Citigold SHOULD be available to private bank customers, but somehow I doub it, cant hurt to ask !!
