This is incorrect. UA only terminated the CRJ contract with YV, they still have the 70-seaters in the fleet for a couple more years.

And, I'm not sure if a Chapter 11 filing by Mesa would give UA (or any other carrier) the right to terminate the contract - it would give Mesa the right, but I'm not a lawyer...
