Who says "Hell's Kitchen" anymore? What do you want to spend? You can go to a coffee shop (Olympic Diner) on 49th and 8th. You can buy a hot dog for the inflated Broadway-tourist price of $2 on any corner. You want a salad? Go buy them all over the place. You can determine how much you want to spend based on what you put in the salad. Those are ideas off hand.
