I was able to find a Travelpro Platinum 5 21" Expandable Rollaboard on their website in their Outlet section last night for $189 (free shipping). I am not sure if this is the "suiter" (sort of doubt it as it didn't call it that). They have other collections available there as well. They have a 30 day return policy.

You might arm yourself by reading some of the other excellent reviews & postings on this site (and elsewhere), then go browsing through the luggage areas at places like TJMaxx, Marshalls, etc. I found a 25" Travelpro Platinum 5 at TJMaxx's yesterday for $119.
