It is possible that CO will never open reward inventory on the flight.

A 1 hour connection in FRA from non-Schengen to non-Schengen is remarkably easy to make. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

As for checking inventory, there are plenty of tools but they are all a little different in what they offer. For searching CO reward inventory the easiest option is co.com. Using ANA would work, too, but seems to be an extra step without much gain of value.
