Of interest to anyone on a budget looking for a stay is the "University of Guam". During the summer holidays, you can rent a room for very cheap. I was there 10-years ago and it was around $20 a night then. I am not sure what it is now. It is out of the way but the local bus takes you out to the University. It has a great bay nearby and the people are really happy to have guests during the off season.

Just another option on an Island with few options.
