i was talking to some people about where to eat near midtown where i could get a cheap meal that wasn't subway or the 1.00 hot dog stand, and they said go to hell's kitchen. they didn't know any specific restaurants so im looking to defer to the experts about the best places to have a cheap lunch in hell's kitchen.

someone said something about a hamburger place inside of a hotel, but didn't know where it was, but that people who lived in manhattan would know about it. apparently its a famous restaurant/burger shop, and i was wondering if anyone knew where it was.
