As far as I know, any cards that offer bonus airline miles have annual fee. The annual fee is low, but you still have to pay.
AAdvantage Citibank mastercard debit card basic $25 annual fee.
United Mileage Plus Chase visa debit card $25 anual fee.
Continental debit card. annual fee apply.
the last one I got was a US Air card. I only needed 5K miles to get to my goal, and there was a card with 5k bonus miles and no annual fee, I've since cancelled it, don't know if they offer it anymore, maybe they've all done away with them, but I'm sure everyone knows there's plenty that waive the 1st year annual fee
