When I called the usual elite line, I got a DL rep who had absolutely no clue about what I was asking (making sure I didn't need a paper cert for my PU503 upgrade as the agent at JFK said I needed in hand).

Transferred to Chisholm where the woman easily told me it was all electronic and ready to go.
