Actually, I just checked MMB again and it does show FB miles to be earned (under the "Passengers" tab). The booking in question also shows that I should earn the miles: 11,000 (level) and ~19,000 (award - not sure where the extra 2,000 come from - maybe it's the last (out) and first (back) legs, which are on EK metal).
