(4) 75K FULL FARE EQMS. If the re-qualification is 50K FULL FARE EQMS, the initial qualification cannot be that much higher.

(5) Special invitation offered by UAL to anyone for whom (1), (2), (3) or (4) does not apply.

What do YOU think?
If you spend 40K+ and get 100K Full Fare EQMS dont you believe you would qualify?
Also number 3(350K) seems pretty high for me
