Hilton Luxor - excellent property that I don't think a lot of people know about yet. Basically completely gutted/renovated in 2007 - feels like a brand new hotel. On an award stay as an HH Gold, received an excellent room with a full Nile view and large balcony. (Had to decline an upgrade - presumably to a junior suite - because we needed two queens.) The staff was excellent - always providing attentive but not excessive service. Great breakfast (full buffet included for Golds) and free airport transfers for Gold/Diamonds.

Renaissance Mayflower (DC) - anniversary weekend stay using an EEO. Received large two-room suite, extra welcome amenities, and both sparkling and red wine.

Hotel Lev (Ljubljana) - 119 Euros per night for a large suite, breakfast included, and tours of the city. This was during the summer when most other hotels around town were 200 Euros per night. Very knowledgeable, pleasant service throughout the hotel. Good central location - easy to park there, yet walkable to everything in the town center. I think whoever rated it as "Slovenia's only 5-star hotel" was a bit loose with the 5th star, but it's certainly a fine property and I'd stay there again without hesitation.
