Hilton Sharks Bay Resort, Sharm El Sheikh : I got off on the wrong foot with this property after a security guard mistook me for someone else and tried to physically tackle me while trying to check-in. The embarassed lobby manager went out of her way to make it up to me during my stay with complimentary room upgrade, minibar, airport transfers, etc...
