Residenza Cellini, Rome - nothing opulent, but a very nice small hotel with great personalized service.

Hotel Davanzati, Florence - again not opulent, but very nice rooms in a great location, and Prosecco in the evening.

JW Marriott, Seoul - pretty much what you'd expect from a JW Marriott, with the bonus of having the most amazing hotel fitness center I have ever seen.
