Chisolm/Hibbing is about 100 miles north of Minneapolis. I never get hostile agents but I often get agents that appear very disinterested I called and not eager to help (usually I call to search for complicated award tickets) I just end the call and call back 1-3 times and get an agent that is very nice and helpful.
