I understand that for Golds the heavy bag(s) charge does not apply and that the ET allowance is two bags at 23kg. This is the first time I've been questioned over my one bag being a few kgs over. Was she right or was she just miffed that she had to put a "HEAVY" tag on the bag?

Presumably, if I had brought two bags at 26kg with me I would have been fine.
