/and in case any DL folks are lurking, here is why I left you:

1. Massive inflation in WBC TATL award cost.
2. Poor customer service: Phone, TTU, etc.

There is scant evidence that DL has any interest in keeping former NW customers. As the largest airline in the world with the Best In Class frequent flyer program, they are too big to fail (like GM, AIG, etc.)
