I've noticed this as well with most of the QX flights running 1:10 on the schedules now, and even the AS flights as long as 1:13. I'll say this, they seem to have improved upon the abysmal on time performance some of those mid-morning QX flights used to have GEG-SEA, but it seems the GEG ground crews still have real trouble turning the 1:45 PM and 7:45 PM AS departures. I don't understand why, though.
To that end, adding the extra 10 minutes on the 5 AM departure from GEG to SEA has actually cut a fair amount of connection opportunities out of GEG, such as PVR (via SFO). I was sad to see how difficult connecting through SEA has gotten by AS' attempt to better their on time performance. In reality, being "on time" is great, but without an opportunity to connect to where you what to go from your "on time" flight, what good does it do?
