Between LHR and ZRH you could do something on SK - CPH or ARN are both lovely, especially if you're travelling later in the year when it's warmer there. I'd recommend some more "ambitious places" to go between LHR and ZRH such as MOW, WAW etc. I like them a lot but it's not for everyone.
