I mean it in the same way that one means it when they're voting for "Best Airline" in any of the numerous polls.

But now I have another question: I searched the BA website for award oneworld Partner availability and it's showing seats available for four people going from MEX-LHR, flight MX1594 on May 15. But when I call the EXP desk, they say it's not available. Anyone know why?
