Early this morning I took a taxi from Paris Casino to the airport. The fare was $10.50, and I added (15%) $1.50 for a total of $12.00.
The driver went into a tirade, saying that I had to give a minimum of $2.00 and ultimately called me a piece of s--t. I just wanted to get away from him, but should have copied the license number down.
Anyone else ever have a similar problem.
[PS: I had only two small carryon's which he did NOT have to help me with.]
Sorry you didn't get the guy's medallion/license/whatever they have. I always rent a car in Vegas due to cab rip-offs (I think my tunneling thread got shut down.) unless I have to.

I think the best advice here was the person who said you should have asked for the $1.50 back.
