1. You can either redeposit your ticket and get an F award, or you can see if UA is offering buyups to F.

2. It's 10K more per direction. It's 25K/50K/70K for domestic flights RT.

3. Use either the ANA tool or (gasp!) united.com. CO's site does not differentiate between C/F on 3-class cabins during the search.
