Thank you for taking the time to come back and post. I've kept my eye on this thread, partly because I have incurred the wrath of Delhi fog/Indian weather and partly because I might have to do so again in the future and it is always interesting to hear how these things pan out.

It reminded me of the time I was booked to fly from Jodhpur to Udaipur on the IC's Delhi-Jaipur-Jodhpur-Udaipur-Mumbai flight. Torrential rain 10 minutes before landing to pick us up in Jodhpur meant that it skipped the stop and went on to Udaipur. The plane then returned to Jodhpur, picked us up and flew on to Mumbai. We then caught the same flight in the opposite direction to Udaipur and arrived many, many hours late.
