another thing. I flew on the Qantas Flight 32 from LHR to SIN and arrived in SIN at around 8am. At about 9AM, when I got to the Hyatt, my room wasn't ready. I kept telling them that I didn't mind waiting. but the woman at check-in assured me that it would be fine to go into a regular room to shower and take a nap if I wanted. And so she put me in a regular room and then at about 12noon, I switched to my suite.
