Hanover, MD (location of the Arundel Mills Aloft) is a suburb. It's not a second set of 'The Wire'.

Every major city has locations you have to be careful of. Even York, PA (and yes, I've been there twice). Blanket statements about the safety/desirability of the DC-BWI corridor, which includes parts of Montgomery County, are just sloppy thinking.
