Not a great start with PC in 2010 for me.
Did you try submitting an online "points discrepancy" form? Sometimes this works well. It's easier than phoning and getting stuck on "infinite hold."
You don't need to Google to find other threads on "qualifying rates" or problems/resolutions getting points posted. The FT search function works fine.
