I think you might be mixing up a couple of different promo's. Click rewards had a 2 for 1 transfer to Starwood. 10,000 click rewards became 20,000 Starwood points. Transfering the 20,000 to a single airline, Starwood gives a 5000 bonus. Diners club had a 2 for 1 with British Airways. I think they did that two years in a row.
