That's worse than some of the LCCs, although one I know only give crew (including those up the front) dodgy sandwiches and water - at least they get something regardless of the duty time.
If I do not bring something, or buy something in the airport, then no, I would not have anything to eat during the flights.
I never realised that BA SH crew weren't looked after properly in terms of food. I think they should be fed. Most of my BA flights are Band 4 and I see the cabin crew eating something, so I assumed that the crew would be fed at least every other sector. I have to say I am disappointed with BA management about this. A small somewhat dodgy airline that I knew quite well used to feed cabin crew...
Band 4 flights, they will be catered each way with a full meal, where cabin crew will have one meal.
Oh right. I thought they get two full meals per Band 4 sector and I thought, "that's a good way to make them plump..."
So, if there are unopened leftovers on a shorter flight, let's say the egg and bacon muffin thing or even the dreaded birdseed, are cabin crew members allowed to eat them?
