I hope you do not mind, avidflyer, but I believe that your excellent idea should be shared with passengers of all airlines who wish to have “Channel 9”-style access for their particular airline of choice and not just those passengers of Delta Air Lines.

I personally believe many FlyerTalk members will thank you for sharing your idea, especially as more aircraft on more airlines are being equipped with in-flight Internet access capabilities.

The only question I have is that I wonder what officials of the Transportation Security Administration will think of this idea in light of recent events, but that question is for the Travel Safety/Security forum.
