Recommendations for Vienna: Hotel and Reception

ms. jmd001 is headed to Vienna (Wien) the first week of March 2010 for a conference. Looking for recommendations based on the following needs/desires:

Hotel

5 to 6 rooms (a couple of rooms for up to 8 nights; some for only 4 nights; all with private bath)
Breakfast included
Very close to an U-bahn station (need to go to/from the Austria Center daily)
Internet access in the room (only having it in the lobby is a pain)
Around 160 to 170 Euros/night is the target
A place with a "fitness center" would be nice...

A place for a Reception

For 20 to 40 people
In a restaurant or hotel (same hotel as the rooms would certainly be convenient)
Appetizers and beverages only (not a sit-down meal)
Near the Austria Center or Stephansplatz would be great (needs to be very accessible by public transportation; near an U-bahn station would be great)
