CO zeroed out my EQM even before posting my original routing credit that would have made me platinum

I have an upcoming trip in two weeks, and I hope the OPSC will straighten everything out by then. I don't want to miss the 5-day platinum upgrade window. We all know how regularly those upgrades come through!
