you may need to pay attention to you stay record. if you find no stay whether "qualifying stay" or "non-qualifying stay" you may need to contact PCR to report a missing stay. i guess this is the reason you did not get the points.
If your record shows that this is a "non qualifying stay" you may need to contact PCR to claim that your reservation was under corp rate and should be eligible for qualifying nights
